CBT can be effective for use with children as young as seven years old through to adults. as a psychological treatment it is effective for mild to moderate depression. and is also helpful for those with severe depression, combined with medication or natural resources to increase brain activity and balance chemical equilibrium. The CBT methodology is combined with natural resources for mental and physical well-being.
